K2G Holding AG has appointed Dr. Patrick Eugster, a seasoned executive from the Swiss insurance industry, to reinforce its leadership team and sharpen its strategic execution. He will collaborate closely with CEO Arina Man to steer the company’s continued expansion.
Listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange’s Direct Market Plus, K2G is actively strengthening its position by bringing in a leader with deep expertise across digital insurance, pricing, product development, and corporate strategy. Eugster’s appointment signals a clear push toward scaling the company’s innovation agenda.
Leadership experience across top insurers
From 2017 to 2025, Eugster led Simpego Versicherungen AG as CEO and also took on CFO responsibilities during parts of his tenure. He drove the development of a fully digital insurance model and helped establish the company as a modern market player.
Earlier, he held multiple senior roles at Allianz Suisse, where he managed product strategy, pricing frameworks, and corporate development initiatives.
Eugster earned a PhD in Insurance Economics from the University of Zurich, completing his studies with highest honors.
