The blasts damaged nine homes, medical and educational facilities, an administrative building, a gas station, and multiple cars.
Odesa Suffers Major Infrastructure Damage
Media reported one person injured in Odesa, with heavy destruction centered in Chornomorsk.
District Governor Oleg Kiper said the attack crippled Odesa’s energy network, cutting power to 29,000 residents.
Kiper confirmed restoration work had begun, with generators sustaining critical infrastructure.
This marked Russia’s third large-scale attack on Ukraine in a week.
Zelenskyy said Russia demonstrates through repeated assaults that without international pressure, the war will not end.
Zelenskyy Reports Russian Losses in Donetsk
Zelenskyy said Russian troops suffered severe casualties in Pokrovsk, where Moscow focuses its main offensive.
He stated Ukrainian units continue operations in Donetsk and systematically destroy Russian forces.
Zelenskyy wrote on X that Russia lost over 290,000 soldiers killed or severely wounded in eight months.
He emphasized Ukrainian troops remain committed to their missions across the front.
